Great product and keeps chucks so warm. Only criticism would be, perhaps have zips around egg port for ease of access?

I am thrilled with this superb insulated jacket for the cube. It provides extra warmth in extreme temperatures, but can be frustrating unhooking and re-hooking several times a day. Minor adjustments would increase rating to 5 stars, which is what it deserves.

great product from omlet as usual. it is very well made and easily withstood the very strong winds we had last week. my 4 ladies seem to appreciate their new bit of kit and are reluctant to leave the cube on frosty mornings.

In principal a brilliant idea but a little more thought about the practicalities of shutting the hens away at night would have been helpful. There is no opening for the door mechanism to slide through so the cover has to be left unsecured.

Thank goodness I ordered one of these jackets as the temperature is all over the place. These are my first hens so I want to get things right, and they really are very cosy. I can almost feel the warmth coming from the Cube when I open the pop-hole in the mornings! The design is great, although a hole/zip flap for the pop-hole, and possibly the nest box, would be my recommendations for future versions just to make access a little easier/more speedy. A sturdy product which, after much use I now feel is well worth the money.

I have used this extreme temperature jacket for two winters now and I am impressed how effective it is in maintaining a highter ambient temperature inside the Eglucube inspite of sub-zero temperatures - chooks are all warm and cosy and egg laying has increased as a result. It is very easy gaining access to the back of the eglucube and the egg port. I just unzip both the side zips up to the top of the jacket and the back and sides of the jacket can be folded over the top of the coop. Job done.

I love this and so do our hens. They have the clear cover too and are nice and snug with straw in the run and no more wet feet! In fact in the current snow, they spent most of their day keeping warm in their house. My only complaint is the price but hopefully it will last well.

Arrived today in time for -4.5°C daytime temperatures. The girls looked less than delighted when I showed them their new Winter coat, preferring instead the bowl of garlic porridge. How ungrateful can you get!?! But I know come tonight's predicted -6°c they will be bok boking grateful thanks at me tomorrow morning. Well made and the dog wore it this morning, which did make him stop with the shivers - he's recently had an ill timed trim, whoops!

Fitted well but had to return jacket as its a bit of a fiddle on cold mornings trying to undo all back just to get to eggs, Hope you will re-design and I will certainly buy.
