Products that have an estimated delivery time will not be dispatched immediately. The estimated wait for your product is shown next to the "Buy Now" button like this:
Once you have placed your order you will receive a link in your order confirmation email that goes directly to a live order status page.
Our order system is a completely fair queue. As soon as your order is received you have secured your product and your place in the queue. Even if you need to modify something on your order, you keep your place in the queue.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your product is dispatched from our warehouse.

If you order a product that is IN STOCK, your order is going to be dispatched the following working day from our warehouse.
You can collect or Omlet can arrange to deliver your order in a range of ways depending on the product you’re buying. To see the delivery options and prices simply place an item in the basket and put in your postcode.
Here is a summary of how your order is delivered:
Australia Post - Your item is delivered by Australia Post from Sydney
Courier - Via Direct Freight couriers, this is quicker than Australia Post. Orders will be packed and sent within 2-3 days of ordering, however the time from ordering until your order is delivered is the packing time PLUS the courier time. Please note that with Direct Freight the usual deliveries times from Sydney are 1 day to Melbourne, 1 day to Brisbane, 3 days to Adelaide and 5 days to Perth. If you live outside of the main cities then delivery times will be longer. We can't guarantee delivery times, since we don't have our own drivers and at times such as Christmas delivery times may increase.
You will be emailed a tracking number for your order when it is sent (if you have given us an email address), please check your spam/junk mail for it as it can end up in there
If your order hasn't arrived and it has been 3 weeks from when you ordered (if outside Sydney) or 2 weeks if you are in Sydney then please call us on 02 8103 4124 or email - email@example.com and we can look into it for you. Unfortunately we don't get notified of any delays in orders.
Collect Place your order on the phone or choose the collection option when ordering online (this needs to be at least the day before you want to collect it) and we’ll have it ready to collect from our warehouse in Orchard Hills (suburb of Sydney). Please note that if you order on the weekend the order will not be ready for collection until Tuesday. For any questions about collections please visit our collections frequently asked questions.

The Small Print
All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays. Please note that all delivery times are provided as estimates and occasionally deliveries will occur either earlier or later than expected. If you live in a particularly rural location it is highly likely that your delivery will take longer than the normal delivery time.
