Products with an estimated delivery time will not be dispatched immediately. The estimated wait for your product is shown next to the "Buy Now" button like this:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a link in your order confirmation email that goes directly to a live order status page.
Our order system is a completely fair queue. As soon as your order is received, you have secured your product and your place in the queue. Even if you need to modify something on your order, you keep your place in the queue.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your product is dispatched from our warehouse.

If you order a product that is in stock, it is usually dispatched within 48 hours, but please wait to receive your shipping confirmation email to know more about the delivery date of your order.
Courier - Direct Freight Express
Delivery time from Sydney is usually 1 day to Melbourne, 1 day to Brisbane, 3 days to Adelaide and 5 days to Perth. If you live outside the main cities, delivery times will be longer. Direct Freight Express does not accept PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
Update from the 12th of January 2022: Direct Freight Express continues to suffer from staff unpredictability and shortages due to Covid-19 and isolation requirements. Therefore some delivery routes are affected with additional delays.
Our Distribution Centre is currently experiencing delays in dispatch due to staffing issues following the recent lockdown in Sydney. Subsequently, dispatch is taking around 7 to 10 working days at the moment.
Please note that the delivery dates shown in your order confirmation are estimates. If your order did not arrive when you were expecting it, please email the customer services team on email@example.com with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Place your order on the phone or choose the collection option when ordering online (this needs to be at least the day before you want to collect it) and we’ll have it ready to collect from our warehouse in Orchard Hills (suburb of Sydney).
Please note that if you order on the weekend, the order will not be ready for collection until Tuesday.

All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays. Please note that all delivery times are provided as estimates, and occasionally deliveries will occur either earlier or later than expected. If you live in a particularly rural location, your delivery will likely take longer than the normal delivery time.
