With the Bolster Bed, you can just unzip the cover and remove the memory foam mattress and bolster cushion, before popping the cover in the wash at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. Plus, you can even get additional covers for the cat bed so while one is in the wash, your cat doesn’t have to be without their favourite snooze spot!
The memory foam mattress is placed inside a water-resistant, ‘no-noise’ cover to keep the foam equally hygienic and odour free.
If you elevate your washable cat bed with the designer feet, you will simply just need to unscrew the feet before you remove the mattress cover.

Which size Bolster Cat Bed should I get for my cat?
The absolute majority of cats will fit perfectly into the Small Bolster Bed. If you know your cat loves spreading out, or if you have multiple cats that like sleeping together, we would suggest getting a Medium.
How do I wash the cover?
We recommend washing the cover at least once a month, or whenever needed. In the winter, or if your dog easily gets dirty you might have to clean it more often. Remove the cover from the mattress, then put in the washing machine on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees. You don't have to remove the bolster cushion. If you have feet on your bed, these must be removed for you to be able to take the cover off. Hand wash the mattress only, with a damp cloth and soapy water.
My Bolster cushion doesn't seem to fit in the cover, what's wrong?
The cover has a separate section with a zip on the inside where the bolster should go, almost like a pocket at the end of a duvet cover. Start at one end of the pocket, stuff the bolster in and zip as you go along the bed
Do I have to buy the feet?
The elevated cat bed is available without the stylish feet, but we recommend raising the bed to improve airflow and hygiene in and around the bed.

If your cat chews and scratches their beds you should expect the cover to become worn, however, we do have replacement bed covers available in all colours and sizes.

If you do not like the raised cat bed or your cat doesn’t use it within 180 days of purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund if it is still in perfect condition. This bed also has a 2 year warranty, so please contact us if you feel the bed has broken within the warranty period. The bed also has a 2 year warranty, so please contact us if you feel the memory foam has broken within the warranty period. The bed is not chew or claw proof, and we cannot replace or refund beds which have been damaged through natural pet usage.

Purrfect bed for bigger cats
Just ordered another of these beds in medium size. We struggled to find a comfortable big bed for our 10kg Maine Coon but this is purrfect for him. The trouble is, our other three also love it! So, just ordered another one. Very well made and looks really stylish and smart in the home. Highly recommend.

Good quality
My boy was in need of a new bed, so decided to spoil him and get this bolster bed. Best decision ever! Very sturdy, cute and well made. I put his fluffy blanket on the bed and he took to it straight away. Took a little bit of perseverance putting it together but got there eventually!
Only negative thing i have to say is about shipping. Item was purchased on 22/08 and was not dispatched until 02/09. One part of the bed was delivered (the base) on 05/09 and didn't get the actual bed until today 07/09. So with it being "express freight" shipping was very slow. The customer service team however, were very helpful with my shipping enquiry.

I bought it for my elderly cat, and he's a big fan!
My cat is 14-year's-old and very fussy. He's the type of cat that took him weeks to even set foot in his last bed. But he took to this one almost immediately. I should also mention, he's not a small cat. His over 5gk and has a build to match and the small bed has plenty of room to stretch out. My only complaint is that the Bolster was difficult to insert into the case (though my hands aren't the strongest, so take from that what you will)

You have to try and build this
Very bad design and this does not come pre built. I spent over 3 mins trying to squeeze inner sausage pillow in to bed after my wife threw the whole lot across the room in frustration. The pillow gets stuck in the zip and is too long. It will really strain your hands, fingers and patience trying to get this in. Buy a cheaper pre built bed.

My 2 cats love this bed, it so cosy and comfy, my Bengal has changed his favourite spot on the back of the couch to here, they cosy up together in it. Well worth the money, good quality, well made.
