Do you sell chickens?
No, sorry and we don't have a list of breeders, your best bet is to google and find a club for the breed and start there. Alternatively if you just want a more common breed your local garden center or nursery will probably sell chickens.
Do you have xxx?
If you want a product that is not on the website but is sold on the UK website then please get in touch as we may be able to get it for you.
Is your stock accurate?
The stock figure we show on our website is updated 24 hours a day and should always reflect our 'live' stock. However, mistakes do happen (particularly when counting 400 sets of cufflinks!) so if stock is low it's always best to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Yes, we do! After adding the items you'd like to buy to your basket, simply click 'Checkout with Paypal' on the bottom of the basket page.
Can I pay via cheque?
Yes. Just call us on 02 81034124 and we'll take your order over the phone and give you an order number. Then send us the cheque with your order number on the back and we'll dispatch your order as soon as it's cleared.
Can I pay with American Express?
Can I get a GST invoice?
Omlet Ltd is GST registered in Australia. If you would like a GST receipt please email customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll send you a full GST invoice.

How much is delivery?
You can easily find out by adding the item/s you want to your basket and then go to your basket and put in your postcode the delivery amount will be shown BEFORE you need to pay.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick it up from our warehouse in Erskine Park in Sydney. Please note that the warehouse is operated by a third party, there is no showroom or Omlet office there, so if you want to pick up an item you need to call and pay for it beforehand, or order online and choose the collection option. You need to order at least the day before you plan to pick it up so we have time to get it ready for you.
How do I return something to you?
You can easily return an unwanted item to Omlet HQ. Please give us a call on 02 81034124 or email Lara@Omlet.com.au to arrange it. If the return is a change of mind you will need to pay for postage back to us, this will be taken off the refund amount. Please visit out Return Page here.
Is your 30 day return policy really 'no quibble'?
If you have a specific issue with one of our products, we'll always work hard to try and resolve it. However, if you really want to return an unused item in the first 30 days we'll always accept it back. No restocking fees. No return charges. No quibbles.
When will I receive my items?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from when you order them,

Is your website secure?
Yes. Our website has been built to provide the best possible security. You're protected by full 256-bit encryption. We don't store any credit card details on our servers - so there's nothing for hackers to steal. Our site is continually updated and security tested every night.
If you don't store my credit card details, what does the 'Remember my card details' option do on your checkout?
If you tick 'Remember my card details', we ask your bank for a special code that we can use to put transactions through in the future. This code only works for transactions between you and Omlet, and can't be used by a third party, making it safe to for us to store on our servers.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email within 30 minutes or so, check your junk or spam folders. Some email providers are more severe than others and may automatically delete our emails if they believe they are spam, so it can be worth adding 'email@example.com' to your list of approved senders.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
You will be sent a tracking number in an email when your order is sent, you can then find out from that when the order will be with you. Orders are sent out 1-2 days after ordering.
I've left a message on the phone and no one has got back to me?
We will ALWAYS call you back if you leave a message, it may not be the same day, as we are a small team in Australia and are often out at shows or the warehouse etc.
I'm a retailer and I'd like to sell Omlet products. Do you offer trade accounts?
