As a secondary outdoor run this works well, Rams primary home is inside. Ram is a year old and the Eglu works well as he has a big guinea bum that won't fit through the gaps on uneven ground. I also put bricks on the two corners to be safe. A baby piggy would be able to squeeze out, so this prob wouldn't be suitable unless on perfect flat grass and maybe with some tent pegs. If a guinea was to live outside permanently, I would be concerned about the piggy getting cold during the winter, mainly as you don't want to shut the door leaving the little loves in the dark all day! The YouTube construction video was really great.

Found it hard to build & took ages but it’s grate when it’s up. Issue I have is the run, my cats can fit there paw though it. Wanted to get another for my girls but not sure if now.

Bought around a month ago, run is easy to put together, hutch is a real game changer. Easy to clean and manage.

I am really pleased that I bought this. The set up is well thought out, easy to clean and maintain. I live in a rural area and we have sparrow hawks and buzzards flying about, with this set up I can leave my piggies in the garden and know that they are safe.

I purchased this as a transition from indoor to outdoor guinea pigs. I wanted something safe and secure as there are a lot of stray cats in my area. Setting up the 'house' section was very straight forward and wasn't much struggle. The outdoor hutch section was a bit of a struggle I won't lie! It took 2 people and 2.5 hours and some of the pieces just felt like the didn't *quite* match up. BUT, despite the struggle, the cage is incredibly secure and I am completely happy leaving them outside all day! They love the constant access to fresh grass and exploring the smells of the outdoors. Cage is relatively easy to move (2 people) without the handles or wheel attachments, though I will be buying them in the future so moving it can become a 1-person job! Would absolutely recommend. Overall I am incredibly happy with my purchase and I don't regret my purchase at all. 2 very happy boys and 1 very happy me!

It has been really helpful over the summer to keep our guinea pigs outside. But now we realized that there are mice in the cage. It should have smaller gaps in the wiring to keep mice out.

I mean, the material seem sturdy but I haven't even figured out how to put this together. Even with following the video, no luck. I didn't even receive enough clips according to the video, but I have according to the instructions? Constantly breaking or flopping over. You'd think they could at least stamp/print the part numbers onto the large plastic pieces. It's been three hours and I swear I'm not an idiot. I can usually put IKEA together no problem but this is a total nightmare.

The instructions are awful, especially for the 2m run. The poles that came with it seem to wide for the run and they push out the sides. For the money the assembly part is really poor. Save your cash.

My Guinea pigs are in heaven. So spacious, so much easier to clean and catch pigs. Although it looks large it is really easy to move and i have to move it less. Fairly pricey but well worth the money. The only neg is it takes some time to put together.

I bought this hutch along with a 2m run for my three lil piggies and love it so much. Easy to clean, while warm & cozy for my guinea pigs triplets. Probably would have been easier to drag around if I bought the wheels, but no matter. Still ok to drag around. I even put finer mesh around to make the run more snake proof as we live in a place with nature reserve.
