Product absolutely fine
The jacket was fine and fairly straight forward to use on our chicken that is always being pecked having her feathers pulled out. We had hoped it would keep her warm and deter the pecking.
Unfortunately the other chickens in the coop just found her an even easier target and the pecking got worse!

Fun birthday present but not as successful as hoped!
Made a great birthday present but girls not pecking at the upright on and as I put pellets in it, when it rained they turned into mush and blocked up all the holes! Will have to try with treats that wont absorb rain and see it that works.

Well made but chickens won’t use them
Bought one of each of the peck toys. They seem well made and robust but unfortunately my chickens are scared of them. They’ve been up a few days and haven’t been touched. I’ve tried shaking them and putting some corn underneath them to see if that will encourage them to use them but so far it’s not working. The chickens don’t even want to go near them and are staying at the opposite end of the run. I think I’ll have to remove them so they get their space back again. Disappointing.

Hi Susan,
Thank you very much for your review, it is important to us in order to be able to improve our products.
I am very sorry to hear about the difficulties you are encountering to generate interest from your chickens towards that product. Sometimes, it can take some time for them to get used to it. It can also happen that your chickens are simply not big fans of the peck toy. In that case you might want to try a different method, such as dismantling the toy and then leaving it on the ground, with the treats inside, to see if chickens show interest that way.
Your feedback will be forwarded to our product design team, to see if any improvements could be done.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any further request or question.
Best Regards,
Clemence

Cute
It's a well made product but my girls don't like it for some reason, they won't go near it at all.

Hi Andrea, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
What a shame! Perhaps they just need to get used to it and build up some confidence. I'm sure they'll love it once they give it a go.
One Perch Wood Cracked Already
I bought two for my Omlet run. One is already cracked in several places.

Hi Elizabeth, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review.
Our perches are actually made from naturally weather resistant eucalyptus. Eucalyptus is a very hard and strong wood, as it's a natural material you will find some splitting along the length of the pole, this is not a defect and is part of the wood's characteristics.
Not very stable at full 2m stretch
I bought this for my chickens a little while ago. it is a fantastic idea and my birds love it however over the months of having 6 perching chickens on it every night the join has become weak and the pole ends have split causing the pole join to break and come crashing down with the birds on it.
unfortunately one of my beloved hens sustained a nasty leg injury and is now unable to walk and scratch about as is second nature for the hens, she looks quite sad and unhappy, as am I. the pole is a brilliant idea but if you have the full 2m joined pole please do be mindful that a collapse is possible.

Interesting toy
It took my girls a while to figure it out.
But they seem to have the hang of it now.
