Do not buy this chicken run. The included instructions and the video do not help construction when numerous pieces are missing. Customer service simply refers you to watch the video of a guy building the run in a living room. Unless you have lots of time to waste trying to assemble an incomplete kit and being dismissed by customer service, do not buy this. I spent $1,800, can't complete the 13x9 run, and have to figure out how to ship it back to Omlet. Avoid this company.

I bought few clear and green covers I am so frustrated because for a chicken run the covers should be longer then just 3m. Even if you cover the top and it rains the rain gets in anyways because the cover is not long enough to cover the sides. Those rains covers are design more for a rabbit runs not a chicken runs. For that price it should be long enough to cover the run from one end to the other!

We were so excited to get our walk in chicken run and thought our chickens would be safe and secure, so you can imagine our devastation when we found a 2m carpet python strangling our mama hen a couple of weeks ago. I was in disbelief that the run could have failed but we realised quickly enough that the snake could easily fit through the holes in the upper wire panels. We now have chicks to hand-raise, a run that is not predator-proof and we have lost our favourite hen. Very upsetting for the kids! I feel so disappointed because up until now I've been really happy with Omlet products, but I can't get past why the run isn't made from smaller snake-proof mesh.

I received my Eglu Go 2 weeks ago and it was downhill since. Spent 2 days trying to get it constructed until I realized it wasn't me. They sent 2 "left" pieces for the front of the run and another piece that was bent. I received the correct pieces about a week later. I didn't get the wheel kit but it's not too difficult to move a few feet to give the girls a new area to forage. The feed and water containers are difficult to get to and I must get on my 66 year old knees to change them out. The cover for the feed dish is hard to snap on, then you can't snap it off, so I had to leave it off then it rained!! I feel the coop and run are too small, also the bedding winds up between the rungs in the coop leaving the nest bare. There is a sun shade included but guess what...sometimes it rains and that sun shade is not nearly big enough to keep them dry.. I covered the run with a clear shower curtain using clothes pins! And why is the sun shade in a dark color? Shouldn't it be a light color to reflect the sun? especially in NC...just saying. I'm getting a different coop next week and this is going back. It's over rated and over priced. The best features are being predator proof and plastic.

No problem assembling the stand, but, with feeder and drinker correctly in place, the feeder has been knocked off the stand by my hens twice within a week, with considerable wastage of food. So no longer using it.

So disappointed. Nothing like the quality and value the fencing used to be. Everything plastic. Horrible

Everyday the chickens scrap the bedding out of the nest box when trying to lay leaving it completely bare and gets filled with droppings. I have to fill the egg box everyday with bedding, which is not practical at all. Poor design! Love the Eglu Cube that is superb!

Poles do not keep the fencing tight, called customer service and never received a call back. And my chickens fly right over it. Way too much money for a sub par product.

Stairs are unsafe and not easy for larger breads to use. A ramp would be a lot more practical. I am in the process or constructing and new ramp. I also have removed the roosting rack because it is slippery and my chooks won't use it. I'm quite underwhelmed with my purchase.

This was a disappointing purchase. The bean bag topper has very little filling and is not terribly comfortable over the dog. We had to put another fluffy topper on top of it to create more comfort for our whippet x.
