Delivery on time and no extra charge to put it all together for us. The Cube is great and enjoying the ease of cleaning etc. It's quite heavy to move around - especially for us as we don't have a completely flat lawn and it gets caught in the dips. Our chooks have managed the ladder but do tend to launch themselves from the top sometimes and move very cautiously up it as it doesn't have very much grip for chicken feet. We've also provided a step so they can get onto the ladder more easily - it's quite high. Finally, our girls do like to be difficult and so lay and sleep in the laying section if they get the chance. We've had to create ourselves a wooden door that hangs on the division and slides back and forth, to keep them out at night but let them into the laying section during the day. Perhaps this feature could be built in to the next model?! Thank you!

Love the Eglu Cube, my 3 ex bats that have been living in a wooden coop for a year have taken to it really well. One problem is the roof that doesn't seem to fit that well! For the price I would have expected it to be better.

I had a few problems with leaks initially which where resolved with an extremely fast response by the customer services team these girls are superb an absolute pleasure to deal with they answered all my questions and replaced the cube. My new cube is superb very easy to clean and move my chickens absolutely love it and started laying the same day that they arrived in their new home. I have since purchased an eglu and am equally delighted with this keep up the good work

what can i say - i love my cube! Its lovely and my chickens are very happy! Didnt feel it took a long time to put together- but after checking our watches it had taken 2 hrs as we were told but I guess I was too excited for it to feel like a chore! Easy to clean - and thats essential as my 3 ladies are very messy!

My girls very soon learned what to do with this and it does save me constantly cleaning out everything they had kicked into the old glug water is much cleaner, however, the " nipples " have stuck on a couple of occasions and then the water empties and gives them a "hair" wash so I would still put both glugs in the run if out for the day.

I am absolutely delighted with my Cube. My four fat feathered ladies seem very happy in their modern home. Indeed they started giving me eggs from the first day they arrived. The Cube is very easy to keep clean and looks attractive in my garden. I couldn't praise Omlet highly enough

Unfortunately I had a problem with this product when I first received it - two of the drinking nipples starting leaking and I had to obtain free replacements. Unfortunately my chickens will still not drink from the nipples despite them dripping for a week and me showing them that water was coming out - they insist on standing on it and drinking - so water ends up dirty from their feet. I will persevere!

As described, but how do I persuade the chucks to use it!

Fantastic item - very easy to put together, if a little time consuming! Chickens very happy in their new spacious living area. Easy to clean as top comes off for access and door at fron of run is now person sized
