This is a brilliant hutch. Humans and guinea pigs love it. Bit of a struggle to build if doing it on your own as I did, but doable. I'd recommend getting someone to help if you can, and if not, persevere - it will get there.

This item is good quality however to protect the rabbits further from our unpredictable British weather I purchased a see through tarpaulin which completely covers the run and allows them to use the run whatever the weather. Perhaps you should consider developing your own cover which gives protection from the weather but also allows light into the run.

It looks good and does the job. There were fox paw prints on the back after just a week but the hens stayed safe. House is easy to clean and the wheels make it easy to move single handed even with an extension. The run is small, even with the extension, so 3 is the maximum unless you will be free ranging them every day. Thought they might struggle with the ladder but they worked it out straight away.

Easy to fit and I can still move my run single handed. Totally fox proof so far (there are even paw prints on the back of the house). Basic run is far to small for my three, this is more of an essential than an extra.

Good product not easy to assemble and you definitely need two people to do it. I bought two of these to make a 2 x 2 x 2 run,then connected my eglu coop to it. Works very well

I have only positive things to say about Omlet - the chickens love the extra space afforded to them by the fencing and from our perspective it is both sturdy and flexible at the same time. In terms of customer service, one of the pole spikes was broken and Omlet replaced it without a problem and sent a few spare poles as well!

Our Eglu Go is now 2 years old and still looks brand new. We used to have guinea pigs in it but recently converted it for chickens with the simple, yet highly effective, integrated nesting box and roosting bar set (just £20). We've added an extra 1-metre extension and have the whole thing on hardwood chippings. The hens took to it from Day One and seem very happy. Its easy to clean. We sprinkle the Bokashi Bran (available from Omlet) on their layers pellets and on the droppings tray, which almost completely eliminates the odour and firms up droppings for easy removal into the compost bins. Happy hens, happy me! My only (constructive) criticism is that I wish Omlet would produce a 'connection kit' (following the slope of the ladder) to allow me to convert this 'Go' to a 'Go UP', using my existing run. The only thing stopping me is the sheer cost of replacing all that perfectly good ground-level run to the taller UP runs. Come on Omlet; please make conversion simpler and cheaper, than I'd do it - and many other customers I reckon.

The hutch itself is pretty easy to put together, though i had to enlist my dad''s help to tighten the screws on the skid bar. The instructions said 90 minutes for both hutch and run. Err, it took me and my dad 3 and a half hours! The run is a long laborious task, and putting the two together is a tricky 2 man job, but once up, just watching my baby bunnies running around it like things possessed, leaping and twisting in the air - all the pain was forgotten. They absolutely love it, and spend most of the day and night out in the run! As yet they haven't used the hutch as a toilet at all, preferring to use the corners of the run. Can't work out if this is a good or bad thing, as the its good for the cleanliness of the hutch, but bad for the garden! Never mind, I'm not protective about the grass, and they love it, it just means that it has to be moved around a lot, and it's very heavy! All said and done, I would definitely recommend these, as they look great, should last longer than wooden ones, and they provide a more natural habitat for the bunnies, and as long as they're happy, I'm happy.
