Does what it says excellent cover for this time of year

Our cats love it. It was easy to put together, and works well.

Since adding this to the run we have had some heavy rain but not once have I seen the hens with wellies and umbrellas so it's working well!

The eglu went together fine, my chicks do find the ladder a little difficult to manage, especially the older one. The only thing I would like is a small awning over the entrance as i do not have need for the run, the entrance is open to all weather and does get wet inside. Perhaps this could be a project for the design team.

Got this to add to my Egglu as I have a fox problem. Now assembled it is great and easy to open, walk through and feels safe and secure for my girls. Problem was building it! The instructions are not very good and could be a lot clearer. I live too far North for the "pay to assemble" service which would be well worth it if available!

Bought to replace the current glug, as my 3 new laying birds are much hungrier/ thirstiest, and I didn't want them to accidentally be without water. Unfortunately due to the sloping sides on the eglu classic run, I can't fill it tomthe capacity that I can get on the cube run, which it's really designed for...I may have been better with two standard glugs, particularly as I now find I could do with another grub too...

Combined with my own run

We had to have a new bottom door for our walk in coop as the latch snapped off. Amazingly quick service. Although tricky to fit in completed coop it is good. Can't thank you enough for the speedy service to ensure my girls are safe !

Great quality product and better than everything else I researched on the market! Definitely suits the backyard chicken trend and makes cleaning and maintenance all the more friendly. Only issue is the chickens do seem to struggle with the ladder / stairs however easily fixed by tacking on some ply to help out the girls and create a ramp entrance.

When I unpacked the house of my Eglu the feeder was broken and I had the wrong number of screws. I called and these were re-sent promptly. I unpacked the wheels and frame on the weekend and there was a small plastic stopper for the wheels missing. Three things wrong in my order was disappointing, considering the price of the product I expected everything to be present. I was surprised how long it took to put together, the run especially seemed a bit of an unnecessarily lengthy process to clip it all together, surely there is a simpler way to make it? I bought it because my wooden one is falling apart. So far the chicks seem happy enough but I'm yet to be convinced that it's worth the extra money compared to my old wooden one. If it's still working well in 5 years I'll write a more positive review! On the plus side think it will be easy to clean, and to move with the wheels.
