We just love the new chicken perch from Omlet, it makes such a difference to the hens, especially when they need to stay secure in their run for a while. A great value product that facilitates the natural chicken instinct to perch up high and get a good safe view of all around them. A well designed addition to the fantastic Eglu range of products.

I’m quite happy with my Eglu Cube Mk2. I purchased with run and wheels. Instructions to put together are not bad, a little unclear in some diagrams, but easy enough to work out. I put it together myself, took quite a while, but it is nice and secure and weather tight. The only thing that I believe could be improved is the perches, being the same level as the nest does not encourage birds to sit in perch area. They tend to also use nesting box. It’s not a big drama, but something that could be looked into for the future. Perches should be higher than nests, as a home for about 4 large chooks, or 8 Bantams I think it is ideal. Expensive, but quality.

Why haven't I purchased these before. I purchased a Go Up for my chickens was so impressed I purchased Eglu Go for my Campbell ducks and they love it. It has made my life so much easier for cleaning out and moving around.

Used as a wind break on my chicken safe cage for hens to huddle out of 30 mph wind gust. Should work nicely as a snow block this winter.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with out new Eglu. Took our chickens a while to get used to it but fully settled in now. Not over keen on the ladder as it’s is a little sharp and we have had a cut foot ( can’t say for absolute that it was the ladder). Found it a little complicated to put together but managed in the end. Would recommend to everyone.

I’ve kept chickens before and used an old style wooden coop and run This time I decided to “go Omlet” and bought the Eglu cube and a large run. I’m so impressed with the cube compared to the old style. It’s extremely well designed and easy to clean. The chickens took to it straight away and they also loved the feeder and drinker. The run itself is huge and easy to put together. All the covers are strong and look well made so will hopefully last a while. I can’t comment on the chicken swing yet as my girls haven’t tried it out but I would definitely recommend all things Omlet.

This is called 'heavy duty' and is indeed better than the thinner cover that came initially with the house and run when we bought it.

My girls love the Egglu and lay everyday since we bought it. Only wish it had air vents in the top as it gets quite warm in Summer. Fantastic product, well worth the expense!

As first time chicken owners I wouldn't want to keep them any other way, the coop makes cleaning ridiculously easy by its easy access at the rear & ability to pull out the nest & dropping tray & quickly rinse with the hose. Also the ability to move all over the garden is a godsend as they do make quite a mess if kept in the run for any length of time. we will be purchasing the run extension for the odd days we cant let them out. the novelty of collecting those freshly laid eggs will never cease to amaze us. wonderful product thank you.
