Just wanted to thank you for the excellent product and fantastic customer service. The Omlet Cat Run arrived quickly and on time, in just 2 days. My husband erected it, and although fiddly for one person, he found it relatively easy and the finished pen looks fantastic. Our cat was a little wary at first not having ever ventured out, but now after a couple of days of short bursts in it he absolutely loves it. I am so glad he is now happy in the back garden and nice and safe. The ladies in customer service were so helpful and very efficient, when he had to phone due to a missing bit, and broken hinge which were sent out on next day delivery. I will be ordering the covers when in stock, and probably extending the run, and I have no hesitation in recommending the cat run to anyone looking to keep their pets safely in the garden. It is sturdy and made of good materials and looks pleasing to the eye in the garden blending in well, and not obtrusive at all. Thanks so much Omlet for great service and a great product.

Although there was an initial delay in getting the product delivered, the electronic communication sent by Omlet was good, and the delivery arrived OK as stated. At first I was rather dubious about the product when it arrived in 4 flat boxes. It did not seem that all the parts could fit in there, however as we laid all the parts out, everything was accounted for. Two fairly practical people ( although novices to erecting cat runs) commenced proceedings. Three and half hours (and many expletives later) the 'cat castle' was in place. Once the roof was put on, it all made sense, and it became a sturdy construction. We found several difficulties however:- 1) The clips were difficult to locate together 2) The small illustrations in the manual did not make much sense to us, and we had to guess and improvise some of the clipped together parts. 3) The floor skirting part only sits together if the ground is perfectly flat. We have situated the structure in a rural field setting, and although relatively flat, again we had to improvise to make the construction work for us. 4) For some reason, we made a hash of putting the door together, and had to look at this several times. Perhaps you could add an idiot's guide page to your manual on how the door fits together. My co-worker with this project observed that it might have been better for the poles to be spiked so they could be driven into the ground initially. However I realise for an urban patio or decking this feature would not be of much use, but it might be something to consider on lawns. One observation I would make is that this structure was purchased to keep a cat safe, but also to spare the lives of numerous birds in the nesting season. I notice that the size of the holes in the wire on the second tier of the structure are larger than the bottom tier, and small birds can fly through. Although it may add to the cost a little, could the wire gauge be smaller throughout to assist in bird preservation? We are very pleased with the final result. We like the dark green finish, which I feel works in most gardens. The structure looks good and would work for any garden space. We have put cut branches around the enclosure and hung up feathers, scratching logs etc, to give a more natural feel for the cat. It is roomy and open, and the cat is slowly getting used to it. Obviously, if we had to do this over again, we would probably have gone about this a bit differently. The 4 stars overall represent the product itself and our experiences in erecting it. I would certainly recommend Omlet to other people who wish to give their feline friends both security and some freedom as well.

I love my Omlet and so does my 9 girls, getting eggs already.. The Instructions where confusing.. Had to spend hours studying them to make sure we got everything do right..

My bunny loves his large run. The hutch and run were easily assembled, and all parts were included. The quality of the product is good also. We are very pleased.

Really pleased with my purchase, took my son-in-law and myself 1 1/2 hours approx. to assembly. Coco and Biscuit love going outside, they are Ragdoll crosses and as I live on a busy road I know they are safe. (and so are the birds!!!)

Absolutely love love love my Eglu cube, as a new chicken mumma I did exhaustive research into what would be easy to keep, clean, move etc and the Eglu cube won hands down. Our cube arrived in 6 boxes as we went for the extended 3m run to house 4 medium chickens which would allow space to stretch and have there own space without feeling cramped. It took several hours to build but was very straight forward and the step by step video online from the omlet site helped tremendously. It is easy to clean, I do this each week, dry, disinfect for cleanliness and store the droppings for my husband to use at out allotment. After day 3 our girls managed to take themselves to bed which they have continued to do each night, we love watching them queue to go to bed each night. For anyone wanting to a coop that not only looks great but keeps your choocks secure each night we would fully recommend this coop.

We absolutely love our eglu cube and run. We are new at keeping chickens in our backyard and were concerned about the upkeep. The eglu cube is quite easy to use, move around and clean. I can't imagine using anything else. So glad we decided to go with Omlet and not the traditional wooden coops!

We were quite impressed with these pegs and the attachment for the drill to make putting the pegs in and removing them easier. The pegs are quite solid and hold the extension on the run down nicely.

Cats love being outside and we know they are secure. Not too strenuous to put together but had to add extra cover of smaller mesh on the top part to stop cats getting paws caught. Maybe use same size mesh, the smaller one, mesh for whole construction. Otherwise very pleased with sturdiness and space

We thought the Omlet run would be the ideal replacement for our old and collapsing run and we were not disappointed! It has been cleverly designed to be safe for the hens and weatherproof, it blends in very well with the rest of the garden, and the high roof and stable door make it very practical to use. We bought the biggest run possible as we wanted to give our hens plenty of space. We were a bit worried about the build and the 14 boxes we had to deal with! However the instructions were very clear and with two of us it only took around five hours to build and secure it. We also had an old fixed run to remove but that's another story....
