This is the perfect coop that will make your chickens very happy! Prior to buying our Cube, we housed our four ISA Brown hens in a wooden coop with wire on the floor to keep foxes out. Both the hens and I are so much happier now with the Cube, as they can scratch the ground while still being protected from foxes with the wire skirts. They're also better protected from wind, cold and rain, as the plastic cladding on the coop doesn't leak or have any gaps, and is well insulated. It's also extremely easy to clean the coop, and move it around the yard to fresh pasture (although it does take two people due to the extra length in the run). I highly recommend the Eglu Cube, it's worth the investment!

I recently purchased this coop with the run extension for my two Belgian D'uccle hens, after buying the Eglu Cube for my ISA Brown hens. This coop is perfect in NEARLY every way, whereas the Cube absolutely perfect. It's the perfect size for bantam chickens, giving them enough space to forage, nest and perch while protecting them from predators and weather conditions. It's a breeze to clean, move, and doesn't require any maintenance (unlike our old wooden coops). However, the only faults I can find with the Go Up is that it was a bit more difficult to assemble, in particular when you attach the run to the coop. It also was missing some pieces required for assembly (which Omlet did quickly send out). Finally, the ladder to access the coop did not reach the ground, and was generally too difficult for my bantams to negotiate. Overall, the Go Up is a great buy, but I prefer the Cube as it didn't have few faults that I mentioned.

We built this with a neighbour helping (3 of us) and found it quite fiddly. It was a cold day and we didn't warm the clips in hot water (we did when we bought the extension kit later!) so they were very hard to clip. We also found later that we had put the bottom panels facing different ways (they are slightly different on each side). It didn't affect the structure. We would have like the various pieces numbered, perhaps with a tag on each, and then the numbers marked out on the picture in the instruction manual. We originally bought a 2 x 2 x 2 but knew when we had more cash we would buy an extension - it is great that you can adapt it as you go. We now have a 3 x 3 x 2 run. Making the run bigger the second time was much quicker, with the clips in a bowl of hot water. As it was a wintery day the warm water helped warm the hands whilst softening the clips - ideal as it was hard to use the clips wearing gloves. The ordering / delivery was excellent - I think we received both orders within 2 days and on the day promised.

I did find it reasonably difficult to put the coop together. Not everything lined up, but after some sweat, perseverance and a few blue words it was done. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, watertight etc. I rescued 3 battery hens and they are happily laying. I had an issue with a cracked feeder lid which Omlet replaced free of charge with no squabble. Highly recommended x

I opted for the 1m high cage as I didn’t want something too dominating in a narrow semi-detatched garden. Plus, being short in stature, I’ve no great problems crawling in to be with the bunnies. It was quite easy as a one person build. Pole clips are fine, but the netting clips sometimes gave me sore thumbs. Overall it works out as a heavy solid structure that shoukd protect the bunny lads well. I plan to keep it on the paving in the winter, as the lawn can be prone to winter flooding. Moving will either be a painful two person effort or a massive unclipping down the middle. There’s a Go bolted on the outside (somewhat traumatic construction). The bunnies had their first experience of the pen this afternoon and absolutely loved it, with the shyer one finally running around enjoying himself. I just need to build them some pen furniture so they have objects to jump on and dodge. As they are young, I’m taking them back inside at night until the frosts are over and their fur has got thicker. It has so far been a great success.

Great service from Omlet. Hi Viz chicken coat was great & very useful during the very cold week. My rescue hen who came with no feathers looked very warm & comfortable in the jacket. May need to buy more for the hens next winter.

I do love it! It works out great in our heated garage. Fits nicely in the corner with half the run taken off. I worry how well the material will hold up against our weather up here in Michigan. We shall see. We like it so far.

This is a great product and our rabbits seem very happy with the extra run space and weather proof hutch. The construction was really easy thanks to the youtube video which walks you through every step really clearly and in detail. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the straw basket was constructed back to front and I had to do some extra DIY to take it apart and put it back together the correct way and the water bottle screw top split after only a month which meant we have had to buy a new water bottle already.

Always had wooden runs but this is much better. very safe and secure, looks good and is of a high quality. My run is for guinea pigs and it will be great to have their hutch in there, leave it open, and just walk in to see them. I bought the 2 x 2 x 2 but wish i'd bought larger as I want to extend it already, only thing putting me off is unclipping all those clips!!! I put this together myself which wasn't to hard at all but I did it over 2 afternoons as wasn't in a rush for it. Only reason for 4 stars is the rather high price!!!

My Cube arrived very quickly. Assembly took a bit longer than I expected, I am fairly nibble, but found climbing inside to do up some of the bolts a bit of a struggle. Been using it for three weeks now and very pleased with it.
