Delivered very quickly, this is a high quality product - we feel that our chickens are safe and enjoying their environment. Assembly wasn't quite as simple as illustrated by the young lady in the video, who is working on a nice, clean, flat interior surface (and the paper instructions had a minor error). Even with the wheels option (which give one the ability to move this unit), it needs to be made outside and relatively close to its final destination (if you have gates to pass through, make certain you're on the right side of them!). Everything works exactly as promised, although I'm wondering how long the doors to my enclosure will last on the plastic clip hinges provided (I have no spare ones to replace these once they eventually break/wear out).

Great product , pleased insulated and pull out tray just easy to clean

This arrived quickly and the pull out, very lightweight poop tray at knee height is a lot easier than reaching down. I got it as I’m pregnant and can’t bend very far to clean them out anymore so needed something off the ground. It takes about 1/3 of the time to clean compared with my old wooden house on the floor with a pull out tray. Plus no mites and very easy to hose down if required. My only issue is that my silkies can’t navigate going up the ladder despite training with corn stuck to the ladder steps with honey and me placing them on there, so I’ve had to put a wooden ramp up to the door.

I love this coop and my girls do too. My Maran, Alisha, struts up that ladder like she's a beauty queen. Given the price and availability of lumber, I consider the Eglu a bargain. I see myself having an Eglu village someday.

I have previously bought this fencing and the mesh was woven netting like fishing net. You have replaced this with a poly extruded product which is not what I expected or desired.

Replaced my boys old catio (a 12ft chicken coop) with this. So easy to build and he loves it. We’ve built a roofed section at the back for extra protection and a play area inside. Customer service was excellent when I called up. I have bought the beds that attach to the sides and am awaiting my roof/side covers. Definitely a brilliant investment and can’t wait for the summer when he can get full use.

Once put together this coop is brilliant. Easy to clean, easy to add the food and water. The door and the egg box sliding door both work a treat. We did have several instruction sheets which didn't appear to be the same. Wouldn't recommend putting it up on a freezing cold day in a gale. However it is worth the effort!! It's much sturdier than previous coops and well worth the money.

Came in four separate packages and all arrived together. Simple to follow instructions and easy to construct. An excellent product for its purpose.
