The door works great after figuring it out. The directions are mediocre at best. Thank goodness for the YouTube videos. Also it would be nice if the directions came without mixing all the different languages into one manual.

Assembling the hutch and run is never as simple as the video shows. Yet, despite old fingers and poor grip, I managed to do so (exactly the same unit as my Eglu Go-Up coop without roosting shelf but with added feature of basket for water and hay). I could not have assembled the run without help. The whole unit is a safe haven for Dudley. Once settled, he was allowed free-range of his part of the garden, however, he is still content to spend time in the run even though the door is open. Bedding was a bit of trial and error; Dudley piled all his bedding/hay at one end which, when I slid the base out, dropped down making it difficult to return tray to full position even after sweeping underneath. Perhaps the hutch design would have benefitted from a second tray (like the coop) but both designed for rabbit use rather than using one designed for chickens. Should there be a redesign of the slide-out tray to suit rabbits I would be more than happy to purchase it. Nevertheless, I have found a way to overcome this problem. Yes, it is easily moved once assembled. All in all, very pleased (as is Dudley) with this purchase. Easily cleaned and, most importantly, safer for Dudley than a conventional hutch. I know that Omlet’s products may not be the cheapest, but they are well worth the investment.

Loved the quality and heavier than I thought. I was able to do it by myself though. The pole clips were awful and even with putting them in hot water I couldn't do many of them. Gave up in the end and used cable ties which worked so much better. The smaller clips were fine. Very pleased with end result and so are the rabbits!

Assembly of the numerous pole parts took longer than I expected, but turned out to be a fool proof process. Durability remains to be seen.

The omlet door works exactly like I hoped. It was easy to set up and I feel much better when I can't get home early enough to close my babies in!

I love how easy to clean this is! We’ve had it for one fall, winter and now spring. We have three outdoor bunnies and they didn’t have any issues this winter. I stuff the hutch with straw and they make a burrow. We have not had an issue with predators. Four stars just because how easily the clips break when moving it, more so in the winter. Zip ties seem to work better for repairs but I do worry about the bunnies nipping the zip ties.

We have 4 guinea pigs, 2 males and 2 females, and I've constructed separate housing and pastures for them using Omlet products and materials we already had. We've easily attached the tunnel to our existing wooden house, and an old tortoise hutch we built fits inside the other pasture. I love the flexibility of these products, and how east they are to put together. Watching the guinea pigs zip around, and hearing their enthusiastic greetings whenever I come outside, shows me they love their space.
