Customer Reviews

This project has been really special to me. My grandma has wanted chickens her entire life, and this year I finally decided to make that dream happen for her. I built her a coop and spent months trying to find products that would make caring for them as easy as possible, because I wanted her to enjoy her chickens—not spend all of her time cleaning and maintaining everything. That’s how I found Omlet, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that I did. Before I even talk about the products, I have to say their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. My Eglu Pro arrived missing one small part, and they shipped a replacement out immediately. Later, I ordered the Smart Feeder and two waterers, but realized I needed them before leaving town. I emailed to ask if there was anything they could do, and they upgraded the shipping so everything arrived the very next day. That kind of customer service is hard to find anymore. Now that we’ve been using everything for a couple of weeks, I’m genuinely impressed. The Smart Feeder has completely eliminated feed waste. I was worried 12 pounds wouldn’t last very long, but because the chickens can’t throw feed everywhere, it lasts so much longer than our old feeder ever did. The waterers have probably surprised me the most. We’ve had temperatures over 100°F here in Utah, and the water has stayed cool. The nipple system keeps the water clean, so I’m not constantly rinsing out dirty containers, and all of my chicks figured out how to use them almost immediately. And the Eglu Pro… I don’t think I appreciated just how well designed it was until I cleaned it for the first time. I literally sprayed it out with a hose, wiped it down, and it looked brand new again. Every little detail feels intentional. The best part, though, isn’t the products themselves. It’s knowing that my grandma gets to walk outside every morning, watch her chickens, collect eggs someday, and enjoy something she’s wanted for years—without having to worry about heavy maintenance or difficult cleaning. The automatic door, Smart Feeder, waterers, and Eglu Pro have made that possible, and that means a lot to me. I’m sure there are cheaper options out there, but after using these products, I genuinely understand why people recommend Omlet. The quality is incredible, the design is thoughtful, and their customer service has been outstanding from day one. Thank you, Omlet, for helping make one of my grandma’s lifelong dreams come true. ❤️🐓

she loves this bed sm!

I've only had my smart chicken feeder for a couple weeks, and my rodent problem is gone. It's not inexpensive, but it appears to be working as advertised! I just purchased the matching insulated waterer to discourage/prevent algae. I'll let you know how that goes. Thanks Omlet!

Such an obvious choice .. cube, smart auto door, waterer, now the smart no-waste feeder…. In typical Omlet fashion, the feeder is well built and will most likely last a lifetime. The openings are larger and better suited to my chickens than the earlier version. Rats are GONE! How good. Easy and efficient.

The insulated waters are 'Life Savers' for our 27 Golden Laced Wyndotte Chickens! Our hot humid climate demands the 'Exceptional Quality - Build - Ease of Use & Cleaning' during our '100+ Degree' weather!!

Holy grail for providing water to the flock.

This chicken coop has been perfect! It’s so easy to clean and maintain. It’s a must buy. We have 6 chickens

My chickens instantly figured out how to use it. Easy assembly when following instruction booklet. I believe this has greatly reduced feed wastage that was happening due to wild bird and rats eating and contaminating my open feed containers. Also less trips to refill the containers every day because filling the feeder makes it last days!

I did a lot of searching to find the best waterer I could find. I have hot summers and freezing winters so needed one that can handle both. I also needed one that holds plenty of water. That's when I found this one so I ordered it and boy did I make the right choice! First it is very nice looking and well engineered. You can tell it is high quality as soon as you pull it out of the box. Assembly was very simple and the instructions were easy to understand. The water seems to last so long because as advertised, there's literally no waste. I've had it in the heat for over a week now and there's no algae forming at all. It does a great job of keeping the water insulated from the harsh environment. I love the no climb/perch design and that it can be hung or freestanding. I also love that it comes with drinking cups or nozzles and they supply an extra of each. Also the locking lid is easily removable and with the design you will never have to worry about it getting stuck. It's easy to refill, disassemble, clean and reassemble. To sum it up, this waterer was very well engineered, quality built with quality materials and will last many years. It doesn't get any better than this one! It's money well spent!

We wanted something straightforward that could extend our existing permanent post & chicken wire hen run. This product is ideal since we can connect it with the existing hen run gate but erect it in different spaces and sized from there.
