We bought our Eglu pro in 2024. But never set it up until this year 2026. Anyhow, when we unpacked it we were missing some clips. I emailed the company not really expecting them to believe that nearly two years later we found missing parts. I mean we could've been lying, they don't know us. But they honoured the warranty and sent us more than we needed of the clips. We are very grateful and happy that we can now finish finally setting up our chicken coop and run. Great company to deal with.
