My budgie is in her laying box most of the time. Today she came out and I noticed half of her left wing feathers are gone. Is this normal?

My female budgie has been mating with her pair for somtime now, but is very impatient and always wants to go to the cage with the other pair who have already had there eggs. She has been mating before the other pair but hasnt placed no eggs is her actions normal?.

My budgie has recently lay 7 eggs, 4 are hatched, 3 still incubating. But the hen and cock are still mating. Why? This is her 3rd successful round of laying and hatching.

I have a question. I have seen my parakeets breed. I bought a coconut shell with a hole in it and a ladder attached to it. Will that be ok for her to lay eggs in??
