I bought this never imagining I'd use it yet but thought I'd be prepared for Autumn. However the recent downpours have meant that the chooks have been able to stay outdoors and that's kept them much happier. The good thing about it being transparent is the amount of light let in. It's quite pricey, but worth it if it lasts.

Ideal for the summer rain! stops the chippings turning to mush in the rain and keeps the run light, pretty good onvestment given our weather..

Really useful - keeps my girls feathery feet dry throughout the run. I still use the sunshade over the top on really sunny days for a bit of shade, but it's lovely not to have to worry about them when it's raining. So I guess, the only way it would be better is to incorporate a 12" strip2 of coloured fabric so there is a bit of shade as well as a full length cover.

Good cover from the elements, and is a lot better looking than the grey plastic sheeting we had covering the run for over a year! Should come with the extended Eglu because it improves the look of the run (good for future Omlet sales), and like everything else here is expensive for a clear plastic cover with bungees attaches at each corner...

Great product and service

I ordered these to make a sun shade / rain shelter out of some canvas that I already had. They made it very easy to attach and they keep the shade securely attached to the roof of my 4 m Go run.

Bought two of these for my cube run and extension. Really good quality. The material is that similar to articulated lorry trailers. I envisage this will last for years. One slight drawback, due to the increased thickness of this item it catches on the cube roof when you open the roof. Resolved by overlapping it slightly with the other to leave a clearance of about a foot from the roof line.

A god send if the original ones are chewed through! Good idea to be able to buy them individually too.
