Great coop and run. I now have happy hens.

I never give reviews, but in this case I am! I live our eglu cube and 13ft run. I'm 71 and I put most of it together myself. Easy to assemble... I loved the way it was packaged, with easy instructions.. I used a Phillips screwdriver and a pair of pliers when my fingers couldn't close clips. I plan to buy more omelet products!

Delivered very quickly, this is a high quality product - we feel that our chickens are safe and enjoying their environment. Assembly wasn't quite as simple as illustrated by the young lady in the video, who is working on a nice, clean, flat interior surface (and the paper instructions had a minor error). Even with the wheels option (which give one the ability to move this unit), it needs to be made outside and relatively close to its final destination (if you have gates to pass through, make certain you're on the right side of them!). Everything works exactly as promised, although I'm wondering how long the doors to my enclosure will last on the plastic clip hinges provided (I have no spare ones to replace these once they eventually break/wear out).

I love this coop and my girls do too. My Maran, Alisha, struts up that ladder like she's a beauty queen. Given the price and availability of lumber, I consider the Eglu a bargain. I see myself having an Eglu village someday.

Once put together this coop is brilliant. Easy to clean, easy to add the food and water. The door and the egg box sliding door both work a treat. We did have several instruction sheets which didn't appear to be the same. Wouldn't recommend putting it up on a freezing cold day in a gale. However it is worth the effort!! It's much sturdier than previous coops and well worth the money.

Every bit as good as I had hoped. Strong, lovely colour and the chickens are very happy. Easy to assemble, easy to clean and looks like red mite problems are all sorted. Bliss!

We had a problem with our Auto door control panel clock which meant that the door was not opening or closing when it should. The control panel then would only turn on for 4 seconds and then nothing! Changed the batteries, factory reset etc with no luck. Rang Omlet on Monday mid morning and by Tuesday 4pm a replacement panel had been delivered and by 4.15 all was well with the door again. Thank you for such prompt and excellent service.

After much research I decided to purchase the Eglu with a 3 metre run, the wheels for moving the coop around and also the automatic door. Very happy with the product! So easy to clean- it only takes me 5 minutes. Being able to move the coop is handy in order to give the hens fresh ground to fossick in. Auto door also great!

I bought this a few weeks back to replace a storm damaged wooded coop. Really easy to assemble and looks great. Some nice features which make it easy to clean. Pay special attention if you are fitting an automatic door. It changes some of the fixtures! Overall, really pleased and hope this lasts a long time as its really expensive!

Arrived promptly and went together without problems using the video instructions and the help of my daughter. Our ex battery hens have after 5 months have shown no real inclination to perch and have preferred ton huncker down in the soft bedding in the old coop. We hoped the igloo might help them to learn to perch and help make sure no chest infections. We seem to have rather slow learners! After three nights in the coop I came to check on them to find one had managed to open the nest box door and five fast asleep in the nesting area with number six huddled up to the door. (Pic-attached ) I assume I had left door not quite shut. The ladder is a challenge for them so have put a stool beside it for them. Am hoping they will adapt as time goes on. None of which is anything to do with the quality of the coop just our rather strange but gorgeous ex batts We have the coop in a shed so they are not cold just prefer to cuddle in the bedding which I have to clean everyday to make sure not sleeping on damp bedding and was one of the reasons for buying Omlet. Fingers crossed they will get used to it.
